Platanofylla Studios & Apartments continue operations. We are here to provide you with exceptional accommodation experiences attaining the adequate hygiene, safety, and operational methods. We feel it is important to reach out to you the actions we are taking to keep our facilities safe and healthy. Our teams carefully follow the adequate cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection protocols. These protocols assist in illness prevention and include:

• Regular sanitation training for our team members.
• Clearly established time-schedule for cleaning and disinfection in all areas.
• Conspicuous placement of hand sanitizers.
• Frequent cleaning and wash down of outdoor and high touch locations, including walkways, staircase.
• Fast response to off-cycle cleaning issues.

Cleaning and disinfection: All rooms and their surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant and steam cleaner after departure.

Hand disinfectant: Available free of charge in every room.

Cleaning & Change of Sheets: Upon request | We are advised not to enter the guest rooms during the stay.

Towels: Are changed every 4 days.

Protective covers for mattresses and pillows: Are changed after each stay.

Distance: You are requested to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from the other guests.
